Ruby Osten
Chairman

Mr. Osten co-founded PC DOCS Group International, a TSX and Nasdaq listed company, and served as its CEO until the sale of the company in 1999. PC DOCS Group was a global company and one of the world's leading providers of document management and practice management software. PC DOCS achieved revenues of $200M with customers in North America, South America, Europe, Australia and the Far East. The Company's customers include Fortune 1000 companies, financial institutions, healthcare providers, manufacturing, consumer products, communications and pharmaceutical companies, utilities, government agencies, the legal industry, and accounting and other professions.

Mr. Osten has been involved in financing and executive management of a number of private companies. Mr. Osten was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cowboy Corp., a provider of customer relationship management software for the automotive industry until it was sold in 2003. Mr. Osten is also a director of MediSolution Ltd. (TSX Listed), a leading provider of healthcare information technology to the healthcare industry. He is also a director and advisor to a number of private companies as well as a member of the Board of Governors of Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Mr. Osten is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

John McLeod
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. McLeod has more than 25 years of experience in technology industry. Mr. McLeod was the founder and CEO of Spectra Software, which he sold to Sanchez Computer Associates in 2002. Spectra provided wealth management software to major financial institutions in Canada, Europe, USA and Australia. Prior to this was the CIO of Canadian Investment Dealer Burns Fry Limited. Mr. McLeod holds a degree in Computer Science and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant.

Selva Thayaparam
Vice President, Engineering

Dr. Thayaparam, a technology veteran, brings more than 13 years of experience in software design and development to his role as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining Voice on the Go, Dr. Thayaparam was development manager at OP40. Dr. Thayaparam graduated from the University of Cambridge, UK with PhD degree in Computational Physics.

Warren Perlman
Vice President, Operations

Mr. Perlman is Voice on the Go's Vice President of Operations. Mr. Perlman joined the Company in September 2008. Prior to Joining Voice on the Go, Mr. Perlman co-founded Workbrain, Inc., a TSX listed company and served as the Sr. Director of Solutions Architecture. Workbrain built innovative, web-based Workforce Management software that optimizes the deployment and management of large, complex workforces for maximum profitability. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science.

Soheil Hadavand
Director Voice Technology

Mr. Hadavand joined Voice on the Go in 2005 with a wealth of experience working on Computer Telephony Integration, Voice over IP and Wireless projects in Telecom sector. Mr. Hadavand has more than 20 years of experience in the computer hardware and software industry. He is a technical and also creative thinker with demonstrated team building and leadership qualities. He now directs Voice on the Go's Voice Technology research and development. Prior to joining Voice on the Go, Mr. Hadavand was project manager for VoiceGenie (now a Genesys company). Mr. Hadavand holds a degree in Computer Engineering.
