Ruby Osten
Executive Chairman
Mr. Osten co-founded PC DOCS Group International, a TSX and Nasdaq listed company, and served as its CEO until the sale of the company in 1999. PC DOCS Group was a global company and one of the world's leading providers of document management and practice management software. PC DOCS achieved revenues of $200M with customers in North America, South America, Europe, Australia and the Far East. The Company's customers include Fortune 1000 companies, financial institutions, healthcare providers, manufacturing, consumer products, communications and pharmaceutical companies, utilities, government agencies, the legal industry, and accounting and other professions.
Mr. Osten has been involved in financing and executive management of a number of private companies. Mr. Osten was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cowboy Corp., a provider of customer relationship management software for the automotive industry until it was sold in 2003. He is also a director and advisor to a number of private companies as well as a member of the Board of Governors of Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Mr. Osten is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
John McLeod
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McLeod has more than 25 years of experience in technology industry. Mr. McLeod was the founder and CEO of Spectra Software, which he sold to Sanchez Computer Associates in 2002. Spectra provided wealth management software to major financial institutions in Canada, Europe, USA and Australia. Prior to this was the CIO of Canadian Investment Dealer Burns Fry Limited. Mr. McLeod holds a degree in Computer Science and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant.
Selva Thayaparam
Vice President, Engineering
Dr. Thayaparam, a technology veteran, brings more than 13 years of experience in software design and development to his role as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining Voice on the Go, Dr. Thayaparam was development manager at OP40. Dr. Thayaparam graduated from the University of Cambridge, UK with PhD degree in Computational Physics.
Anthony Ho-Shue
Vice President, Operations
Mr. Ho-Shue is Voice on the Go's Vice President, Operations. Mr. Ho-Shue joined the company in May 2009 and brings more than 10 years of experience in Change, Release, Operation and Data Centre Management. Prior to joining Voice on the Go, Mr. Ho-Shue was the Director of Technology Services at Infor Global Solutions. He holds a degree in Computer Science.
